Return & Exchange Policy

As our products are considered intimate apparel, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure hygiene and customer safety.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Return Policy Principles

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Lingerie
• Panties / Crotchless panties
• Bodystockings / Pantyhose
• Intimate sleepwear
• Nipple covers / Blindfolds and similar accessories

Unless the item has a quality defect or a shipping error.

 

2. Eligible Return or Exchange Situations

You may contact us to request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

1. The product has a clear quality defect

2. You received the wrong item

3. The product was damaged during shipping

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

We may request the following information for verification:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

 

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• The item has been worn or used
• Product tags have been removed
• The product shows signs of use
• The request is made beyond the allowed time period
• Incorrect size selection
• Minor colour differences caused by screen display variations

 

4. Return Shipping Cost

If the return or exchange request is approved:

• If the issue is due to a product defect or shipping error, the return shipping cost will be covered by Adore Daily
• If the return is due to non-quality related reasons, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer

Returns sent back without prior confirmation from customer service may not be processed.

 

5. Refund Method

Once the return request is approved:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days

The exact time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

 

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
